Roasted rhubarb

750g Rhubarb cut into batons
2 tbspns granulated sugar

Place the rhubarb in a dish and sprinkle with sugar. Mix. Cover with foil and bake in an oven at 180 C/Gas mark 5 for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Cool the rhubarb.
